At NinaPrints, we value clarity, trust, and mutual respect. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms. These terms aim to protect both you and us. They ensure a smooth and professional experience.
في NinaPrints، نُقدّر الوضوح والثقة والاحترام المتبادل. من خلال تقديم طلبك، فإنك توافق على الشروط التالية التي تهدف إلى حماية الطرفين وضمان تجربة مهنية وسلسة.

1. Logo as a Signature | الشعار كتوقيع

Our NinaPrints logo appears on each item as a mark of authenticity. It is our artistic signature and an integral part of the product.
يُطبع شعار NinaPrints على كل منتج كعلامة أصالة. يُعتبر هذا الشعار توقيعًا فنيًا وهو جزء لا يتجزأ من التصميم.

2. Order Pickup Deadline | مهلة استلام الطلبات

You are responsible for receiving your order within a limit of 3 months (ninety calendar days). You must do so from its readiness or delivery try. After this grace period, the order will be considered abandoned. We are no longer obligated to store it. We are also not obligated to deliver it.
أنت مسؤول عن استلام أو تسلّم طلبك خلال ثلاثة أشهر كحد أقصى (تسعين يومًا ميلاديًا) من تاريخ جاهزية الطلب أو محاولة توصيله. بعد هذه المهلة، يُعتبر الطلب “مهجورًا” ولسنا ملزمين بالاحتفاظ به أو إعادة تسليمه.

3. Pre-Printing Review | مراجعة ما قبل الطباعة

All design approvals must be finalized before printing. After printing, no changes can be made, and NinaPrints is not responsible for any errors or change requests made afterwards.
يجب الموافقة النهائية على التصميم قبل الطباعة. بعد الطباعة، لا يمكن إجراء أي تعديل، ولا تتحمل NinaPrints أي مسؤولية عن أخطاء أو طلبات تعديل تأتي لاحقًا.

4. Client Responsibility | مسؤولية العميل

By confirming your order, you acknowledge full responsibility for all content, including text, names, and images provided.
من خلال تأكيد الطلب، فإنك تُقرّ بمسؤوليتك الكاملة عن جميع المحتويات بما في ذلك النصوص والأسماء والصور المُقدّمة.

5. Respecting Intellectual Property | احترام الملكية الفكرية

NinaPrints will never use any client’s images, designs, or uploads for any purpose other than fulfilling their specific order. We do not share client work on social media or elsewhere without their explicit permission.
نحن في NinaPrints لا نستخدم أي صور أو تصاميم أو ملفات مرفوعة من قِبل العملاء لأي غرض آخر غير تنفيذ طلبهم المحدد. ولا نشارك أي عمل خاص بعميل على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي أو غيرها إلا بعد الحصول على إذن صريح منه.

6. No Public Comments or Reviews | لا تعليقات علنية

We do not allow public comments or product reviews on our website or platforms.
لا نسمح بالتعليقات العلنية أو تقييمات المنتجات على موقعنا أو منصاتنا.

7. External Services | خدمات خارجية

We use third-party delivery and communication services (e.g., shipping companies and business messaging apps), but we do not disclose further details.
نستخدم خدمات توصيل وتواصل تابعة لأطراف خارجية (مثل شركات الشحن وتطبيقات الرسائل للأعمال)، ولكننا لا نُفصح عن تفاصيل إضافية.

8. Policies Are Integrated | جزء من الاتفاق

You agree to these Terms and Conditions. By doing so, you also agree to our Privacy Policy. The Exchange Policy is another integral part of the agreement.

9. Neutrality Policy | سياسة الحياد

Nina Prints is an independent and neutral brand. Our work, designs, and services are not affiliated with any political, religious, or ideological directions. Thus, we do not accept or produce any designs that contain political, religious, or ideological content. Any inquiry submitted to us that includes such content will be declined according to our Terms & Conditions.

تعد علامة تجارية مستقلة ومحايدة. أعمالنا وتصاميمنا وخدماتنا لا ترتبط بأي اتجاهات سياسية أو دينية أو أيديولوجية. وبناءً على ذلك، لا نقبل أو ننتج أي تصاميم تحتوي على محتوى سياسي أو ديني أو أيديولوجي. وأي طلب يُقدَّم إلينا ويتضمن مثل هذا المحتوى سيتم رفضه وفقًا للشروط والأحكام الخاصة بنا.
