Point of Sale Representative (Full-Time, New Cairo Branches)
As a Point of Sale Representative, you’ll welcome walk-in customers. You will assist them in choosing designs or products. You will manage their orders through our in-branch printing system.
You’ll ensure a smooth experience from selection to order completion.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in-store
- Process orders
- Coordinate with design and printing for order execution
- Keep product displays organized and up to date
- Handle order pick-ups, payments, and basic customer support
Requirements
- Friendly, professional attitude with good communication skills
- Basic understanding of design and printing (preferred)
- Responsible for order handling and basic cash operations
- Retail or front-desk experience is a plus
