All orders must be submitted through our website. So you can upload your design or image files only through the online form to ensure secure and high-quality printing.
Can I see materials in person?
Surely. You are welcome to visit Triumph, The Spot Mall, or Downtown booths to view our available materials before ordering.
Can I see my design before printing?
If you need, we can share a screenshot of your design to approve it before we proceed with production.
What payment options are available?
Full payment is required after we confirm your order details. We accept cash in person; card payments are not available in all branches and are not recommended as the main option. No payment is taken while ordering online.
Can you deliver my order?
Surely, we ship with DHL within 48 hours after your order is completed. Please note that cash-on-delivery is not available.
