Prices vary based on quantity. If you are ordering more than 100 Puzzles, please inquire about your special pricing, which includes a percentage discount.

- We have plenty of Different Designs
- Moreover, any design can be customized by adding names.
- Or you can easily upload your design to be printed
3-Thirdly, fill in the form with your data, then submit
- All the required fields should be filled in accurately
- Then click the purple button to submit
- Make sure to wait until it gives you a thank you message to make sure that your order is submitted
Please Notice
Keep in mind that colors in print may vary from what you see on your screen. This is due to differences in how screens and printers display colors.
Full payment before proceeding with the order
- You can pick it up after 4 days of payment and confirmation from branches, or add up to 2 days after for delivery
- If you need it before then, please write in the order comment
When picking up, please review all your items, especially if you submitted separate orders or different items or quantities.
In case of delivery
- Because there is no cash on delivery (DHL does not collect money for us)
- We will send you an Instapay bank account payment (of the total) when the order is confirmed

How do I order a custom puzzle?
Choose a design or upload your own artwork or photo on our website. We review and confirm the layout before sending payment instructions.
Will I see a preview before printing?
If you need, we can share a screenshot of your design to approve it before we proceed with production.
What sizes and fabric options are available?
We offer standard sizes A3, A4, A5 in heavy paper material in a paper box, but other materials ( wood/ acrylic ) can be ordered as a special ask
Does it come with a frame or a stand?
No, it’s just the puzzle pieces and the puzzle image printed on a paper with the actual size of the puzzle, but anything else can be requested extra only when you ask for it
Do you offer matching products?
We can apply any design to different products (mugs, boxes, cards, etc.), so ask us if you’d like a matching set.
What payment options are available?
Full payment is required after we confirm your order details. We accept cash in person. Card payments are not available in all branches. They are not recommended as the main option. No payment is taken while ordering online.
Can you deliver my order?
Surely, we ship with DHL within 48 hours after your order is completed. Please note that cash-on-delivery is not available.
