Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges or returns under any circumstances.
Before printing, we may request a screenshot to confirm all details, including text, design, size, and color. The customer is fully responsible for reviewing and confirming these details carefully.
Once printing begins, no modifications, exchanges, or returns can be made.
