Can I see the materials?
You may visit any branch to view our materials and finishes. For design approval, we provide a screenshot of the final layout before production.
When do I pay?
Full payment is required after we confirm your order details and before production begins. You do not pay at the time of ordering online — we confirm first, then request payment.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Cash is accepted at all branches. Card payments are available in some locations but not guaranteed, so cash is the most reliable in-branch option. For delivery orders, payment is prepaid — no cash-on-delivery.
Do you deliver?
Yes — we offer DHL delivery within Egypt, typically within 48 hours after production is completed (prepaid only).
